One call to Webroot's Support staff took care of my upgrade request in minutes. Before initial installation was done, support had me on the 'Complete' plan without returning the disc and waiting another week or so for a new disc to arrive. I was rather impressed with the handling that Webroot Support extended to me. Unless Webroot drops the ball, I'd say they are winning the techno game in future web security, As for now, I can't foresee me going back to intrusive, hoggy, sludgy and over-processed security. I suffered long enough. Consider giving Webroot a try.
