I just got done watching the first Bleach movie: Memories of Nobody, damn that movie holds a special place in my heart. Anyway, we see Ichigo become real reckless in the movie to ensure Senna's safety, even more so than with Orihime in Hueco Mundo. The way Senna flirts with Ichigo and the sacrifice scene to save Ichigo suggests that Senna feel for Ichigo during their short time together.
The way Ichigo acts when Senna disappears at the end also shows that he's devastated by the loss. Ichigo definitely displays some level of affection for Senna, whereas with Orihime or Rukia, it's more of a brother-sister relationship on Ichi's side. I'm not asking if Ichigo loves Senna, that would be a little too rushed, but I'm certain that if she had survived, Ichigo would definitely have started to date her.
