Original review: Jan. 20, 2019 I am convinced USPS only hires the most incompetent of people to work for them. I had a package shipped to me on the 17th. The tracking information says it is supposed to be delivered today. Well, today has come and gone and no package. The tracking information is stuck with a useless 'in transit' update that tells me nothing.
I have no idea where my package is now thanks to these morons. Who knows if I will even receive it now, given this sorry excuse for a mail delivery service's track record. If only USPS had intelligent people working for them, maybe they would have a better reputation. Original review: Jan. 19, 2019 I was to receive a package, roughly around the first week of this month. USPS claims they tried to deliver my package but could not find a “secure location.” I find this strange as I had given them the door code for my apartment building.
Anyway, I had to reschedule the delivery but this time USPS did not deliver the package at all! I called customer service, through Amazon, because I couldn’t get through on my own and they established a connection. The USPS representative gave me a case number and said I would be contacted to get the package sent out. Well guess what.no one ever contacted me! So, once again I had to call Amazon and receive their assistance.
The Amazon representative sent me another item but unfortunately it was sent through USPS again. The package was tracked all the way until late Friday night where the tracking information says package will still be shipped tonight but it is almost 10:00 pm where I live. So, needless to say I called Amazon again and had a refund processed. I would to only have my items shipped through UPS, or FedEx but unfortunately that isn’t my choice to make!
Original review: Jan. 18, 2019 There are multiple incidents which include my stuff delivered to wrong address (multiple times) and the post office just said they delivered it, so won't open a case. Company that sent product say it was delivered, so won't refund my money. I hope the person who received it is enjoying the product(s). Medications ordered from online pharmacy affiliated with my insurance have been missing since Dec. They do have an investigation out on that one, but tracking says it is still in Indiana. It was in Anaheim 20 miles from here, but sent back to Indiana for some reason.

It took almost all day on the phone to the post office (1 hour hold time) plus calls to the pharmacy, prescribing Dr., insurance to get an emergency supply from the local pharmacy.
